@letitbleed you can go through that and still ABSTAIN from any sexual acts because you are so conditioned to it. this is why so many girls in the 1800's were so afraid that they were going to hell because of their strict upbringing and every month they would have a period. To them they were told this was not pure, this was potential sin so they thought they were dying and finally they realized they wouldn't die, but it was something they had to live with. Now Just because they went through that doesn't mean they become sexual beasts, but if conditioned right they will follow the religious path and not do anything even though they have "urges" as they are taught they can over come the sinful urges.
Now Elena comes along and starts to liberate D's mind and that is then cemented when she reaches F to find he's not the big ogre that the mother made him out to be. so that is why D is opening up to him faster than one might think
you have to take all this into account when you try to make this game into more than it is and say it's not being treated with any sembelance of reality.
@Kryptozoid you can survive going to age 18 without sexual contact. it's been done before, it's been done in today's day and age. some people just have a greater will to keep them from doing it than other. it's plausible that she is 18 just as you said it's plausible that this might be based upon someone younger. the urges are there but the upgrining wins out till the strictness is no longer there to continue.

yeah its just a game. yet it portends to have character development usually that means the characters are thought out which posses the question how exactly did this character turn out so oblivious of their own feelings?
its similar to the game lovely guests where the son consoles his mom as she finds out about a divorce only to keep calling her a slut and cum dumpster during the scene.
just wow dude.. you know all... I'm going to end this here because i don't want to get in trouble with the mods. I've seen development like this several times and usually it's either abusive families or very ultra religious families.

What Is so hard to believe?
Just because you are surrounded by contemporary sluts with mobile phones stuck to their faces all day, it does not mean women like that are not out there.
Granted, finding one like this in 1st world countries nowadays is like finding a pearl up river, but it really does not mean they don't exist. There are tons of girls like this in 3rd world countries. And some of them are beauties.
But let's leave this debate already.
F has hit a jackpot, and the game revolves around a girl like that.
Ehm... I'll try throwing my two cents, since I've written some of those "tingling feeling" scenes. The way I see it, daughter knows about sexual pleasure, knows about masturbation and does touch herself every once in a while, since it's pleasing... but she never reached orgasm anyway, because she is not too sure what to do and what she is supposed to feel. That's not so uncommon as you might believe. I know of at least two girls who got way past 18 before experiencing their first orgasm (one of them past 30!) even though they had been "masturbating" and having sex all along. When daughter says "I have a tingly feeling" it doesn't mean that she doesn't know what does it mean, it just means that she is too shy to put it in blunter words, even only in her mind.
That's my vision at least. There are other scriptwriters whose take on the daughter makes her even more naive than that. It's hard to "tune" every scene in the same key when you have to release a new episode each month. I'd like to publish a revised version of chapter 1 once it's finished where daughter's "innocence level" will be more clearly defined, but also that's something hard to do. Who would continue pledging for months just to see every "I've got a tingly feeling" (which makes it seem like she really doesn't recognize it for what it is) changed into "I've got all tingly down there" (who leaves open the possibility that she is just using "polite words" to describe her feeling)?

EHm, i downloaded both files, the game and the patch, but then it just gives 1 error after the other.
Tried it now twice. download both files, copy 'Game' to 'Date my daughter' and for every choice ingame you get, you get 10 errors to 'ignore'

If you do a fresh download you don't need the Patch since the version that is linked is v11EHm, i downloaded both files, the game and the patch, but then it just gives 1 error after the other.
Tried it now twice. download both files, copy 'Game' to 'Date my daughter' and for every choice ingame you get, you get 10 errors to 'ignore'
