It is impossible to pin it on something specific. Take me for example. First and foremost, this is a game (pretty much a porn game and not a dating SIM as title would imply) and as such, I compare it with similar games around here. Otherwise, developer would not list all those fetishes, some of them pretty extreme. Most of people here are for a specific reason.
Developers rarely do 1 fetish game and even in incest games you can find something cool. I said before, side-chars and some sharing keeps me here. Moreover most high quality games is incest nowadays. I'm pretty sure theme will change sooner or later but it's hard to find something new right now. DMD at least is trying to feel realistic so it's the only incest game I'm playing right now (tho it's not too high on my list). Different people different reasons for play.
