At the end of the day, Kimochi's T&C's are remarkably like Patreons...Kimochi Red Light was discussed here earlier. It's terrible. Might be even a scam. Basically, you have to sign over all rights to the project to them.
Patreon:
"By posting content to Patreon you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of your content. "
Kimochi:
"You grant to us, and others acting on our behalf, the worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right to use, exercise, commercialize, and exploit the copyright, publicity, trademark, and database rights with respect to your Content."
I would have to dig deeper into Kimochi's contract to determine if there are other detriments. But on the surface, not much different.
