There's always codes for that sort of thing, but I don't know them for this game yet. If you start over from whatever Chapter 2's "day one" is you should be able to input the stat's manually.
Also, depending on how you enabled the console, you can use shift+D to get the developer console, then goto the "Variable viewer" which might show what you want.
