We identified a credible D over in the Art Assets thread. Of course, she's changed somewhat as the story went along, but at least originally, she was a combination of two different Daz characters (one for the body shape, one for the skin), plus some additional body and face shaping morphs. So she was a comparatively "customized" character as these things go. The hair, of course, is very recognizable, and is a stock Daz hair.
