Earlier in the game you have an option to make a police report about Lucas.
Make the report and the female police officer offers defence training which you should do with D, then all is good.

I changed it earlier to False just before seeing the shit stain just to see what would happen and you can do this for other things as well. I fucked Olivia and then changed it to False so that I could then fuck Elena with the same condom.
