No, the backup saves don't work for offline versions. I recommend playing online

yeah - mainly because I don't understand why she acts this way - the "coming next" scenes show something, but I hope I dont have to see them ... I try to stay as loyal to her as possible.

I'm having a hard time progressing past Chapter 10. I just finished it, I had 4 saves and made one backup, but when I load Chapter 11 it says it detects I haven't played 10 and won't advance me to a screen where I could load the Ch 10 backup. These are the official versions. Any ideas?

Oh really? Sadness. So the only way to play the offline versions is to wait 2 months after the respective online version releases, can't get it any other way huh. Thanks for the information!

Okay, I have read the last - let's say 10 - pages of this thread and I understand that the cracked versions are cracked patreon versions with full voice acting (if available), but being buggy, while the free versions are the up-to-date versions, but with only partially voice acting.

The really important question is: Do the cracked versions get updates and if not, why not?

So, there is this quote in the OP:

This means, that the cracked chapters 5, 8, 9 and 10 do not contain more stuff than the regular free versions?

As far as I have understood this quite complicated matter, the voice over versions are not worth it, because they are buggy, so I should go with the free versions?

the cracked version can be played offline. Usually takes some time for the cracked version to be updated due to the way it allows us to play offline.

..............I assumed this was the free release, hence the statement that ch 11 was released on 28th....wasnt aware it was a beta version as i was able to playthrough without encountering any problems....my apologies..

But I think I played the last several chapters up to 11 "online", so this offline one doesn't recognize my 11 backup, so I'm stuck.
