Did you uncheck any of the files in your torrent program? It won't download those, but it might create them.

Nobody else has reported this, so it's probably an issue on your end.

Unfortunately there's no rollback but you can spam saves to a certain point (I think it was 80 or so saves. I don't remember exactly how many) so best to do that in place of rollback.
