You have access to the internet, I doubt that the device you are connected to will cost you less than 20 dollars and you live like me in Latin America. If you don't want to pay is different than if you don't have them.
I think that before talking about the situation of the rest of the people you should make silence. Besides you are trying to give that example which is totally wrong at all, Internet and a PC can cost a regional price related with the economy of your country and your salary while the other is $20. And you said you live in LATAM but not all the countries in Latam are equal right now, you can't expect that someone pays 20 dollars and maybe that person lives in Venezuela or Argentina where a minimun salary is around $100
