So.... testing Blender export... Lisa, no makeup, different hairstyle... 9 minutes to render at 4K... The las one, at the pool, took 3,5 hours... on the same machine...

I am considering the same route. IRAY render times on my machines are crazy high.
Did you render using Cycles or Eevee?
And where you using 2.82?

Bump to high, render times definetly to high for output, try E-Cycles or preferably eevee.
