looked up and down the currently used tab and found nothing of the sort. Not feet, not HFR nor light blue tabs for that matter.
I guess I'll be remaking that model. I've only used that model once and that feet issue was already there so I placed her feet behind the bed, obscuring the problem.

Its related to your video card. Try resetting 3d settings to default in the Nvidia Control Panel.

yeah it's a Nvidia bug (or possibly Microsoft bug) just go to the Nvidia configurationscreen and reset the 3D settings. It'll fix it for a while. Haven't seen any other adverse effects outside of the NO DC notification though.

I would like to create a visual novel with a realistic style detective genre story, with renderings like this, however my pc does not support many assets loaded in scene. I really like your rendering.

The background lighting is pre-charged in the environment, didn't change much. The foreground lighting on the body and face wasn't good enough so I added two spotlight to make it match with the background, then I tweaked it a bit the tone mapping.
