when I thought about the scene I looked in the resources available, I wanted to do a mixed scene between fantasy and cyberpunk, the girl originally had mechanical parts both in the arm and in the head, which I had to eliminate due to the heaviness for my system, she is sitting in a sewer (I don't understand where you saw the room) the contrast between smoke and toxic vapors and the beauty of the girl and the butterflies, even in the most polluted places nature manages to surprise us ... this is the concept ... but maybe my reasoning is twisted, maybe it's better if you don't ask yourself too many questionsHi psyco75,
I like the nice render, but I am having a hard time understanding... why she is sitting fully clothed in water.
Is she tripping while "really" setting in her bedroom or something?

I deinstalled Octane. It was not only that some things just didn't showed up in an Octane render, Octane decided not to like the placements of assets or poses and just zeroed the poses and placed the assets at the zero position. I liked the speed of Octane but the way it messed with what I did was just bad. Octane was a big disappointment. I'd like DAZ would do work on their existing implementation of iray to make it more efficient and don't make a new addon for other engines for Nvidia cards. Nice would be an addon for AMD GPU's to give us more options and to help the MAC Users that have by default AMD GPU's.In that case..I'll do the Octane render tomorrow. It's almost half past midnight here and I have to wake up for work in 6h. But if that works and Octant stops being a cunt, that'd be awesome. Right now, it's stuck on 'waiting' after building geometry.
I don't know about every woman on earth but my woman does love anal.I wonder if any woman likes anal, perhaps 4-5% only.
Did you use the plugin made by DAZ or the one made by the crew of Octane? I just wonder, I haven't used the DAZ one myself but ran only into little problems with the native Octane one(most of the time with Geoshells, b/c DAZ had integrated them poorly for the use with 3rd party software). I really wish I had a rig to play around with it. -.-I deinstalled Octane. And that ladies and gentlemen is, why you shouldn't be a HiRes/SubD whore in CG. xD ("As low as possible, as high as needed" will always serve you best.)Just as a point of interest.
The difference between a SubD 3 1920x1080 render (5.71mb and about 45 minutes on a 3070) and a SubD 5 3840x2160 render (11.2mb and about 8 hours and 45 minutes)

Tried both and both sucked for me. I even reinstalled DAZStudio because I liked Octanes speed. It was just annoying. Did a render and everything was ok. Just moved the camera a little, changed a position of a char or asset for a few pixel because of clipping or something like that, restarted the same render and Octane zeroed the char and threw assets around. But not every time. If there would have been a way to find out why it happened I could have find a way to avoid that, but it was just random. And you couldn't undo the changes. Even for a short test render I had to save the scene to be sure work did not get lost. Octane was fast but disappointing for me.Did you use the plugin made by DAZ or the one made by the crew of Octane? I've seen an engine comparison over at Blender Guru, where Octane wasn't that bad. But other engines, like Vray, started to pique my interesst.
100%. "If done properly" . There's good anal where it's (initially) done gently with care and consideration, but then there's painal with some clumsy ass dickhead who just wants self gratification (which sounds like it might be op's only experience in the matter, if any). I spent most of my young(er) days as as a sailor and then a few years working in night clubs (and, without trying to sound like too much of a wanker, wasn't too bad of a looker, if I must say so myself ) so I think I can comfortably say I've sampled a bit of the demographic. There's a lot of women out there who think they wouldn't enjoy it but are pleasantly surprised once they actually try it and are lucky enough to share the moment with someone who does know the ins and outs (per se). I've also known women who love it and prefer it to vaginal. Personally, I think anal's far more intimate than vaginal and, with a bit pf practice (breaking in period) is way more intense for both parties. I anal, it's just sitting down afterwards I have a problem with .I don't know about every woman on earth but my woman does love anal.
If done properly then it's as good as vaginal.
People that I've conversed with have been in favor as well.
So, I don't quite get where you are getting your numbers from.
Yep, my eyes aren't great anymore and be buggered if I can spot any significant difference. And that ladies and gentlemen is, why you shouldn't be a HiRes/SubD whore in CG. xD ("As low as possible, as high as needed" will always serve you best.)
Am I the only one who stuck with Octane plugin? I could never go back to Iray. I'm on a 1080ti and all my renders take 30mins at most usually 10-15min. The worst part of Octane is the documentation/online tutorials and how unbelievably well hidden some features are.Did you use the plugin made by DAZ or the one made by the crew of Octane? Dana Scully, you've been reassign. Now Special Agent Fox Mulder, this is your new partner (Kate Watson) and I expect nothing, but the very best.

I really like Octane, but I think that DAZ is just a program that isn't fit to deal with Octane properly. That is, why I transitioned more and more over to blender in the past, and aim for the complete shift. The implementation of Iray inside DAZ is just badly executed. And the limitation to CUDA is nowadays nothing but a nuisance. Sadly the devs of DAZ are just too incompetent to bring DAZ bridges and plugins for other render engines back on track.Am I the only one who stuck with Octane plugin? I could never go back to Iray.
