Another very good package for female genitals is this one:

The good points are that it fully mates with the Dicktator from the same artist and has its own rig, in addition to a bunch of morphs.
And by searching for Golden Palace/Dicktator you can find a lot of 'tasty' stuff: textures, meshes of pubic hair, all sorts of obscenities like hermaphrodites, cocks and vaginas for centaurs, etc.

I also prefer the genitals from Meipe, but to be honest, it is more or less your own personal decision that should count.

Look at the available stuff at Renderotica and decide what will be the best option for you.

And if you do not intend to go to the extremes (meaning showing the act of sex with penetrations (Not the six-boobed futa centaurs ), there are even some good alternatives that more or less use the default "anatomical elements" (what an idiotic denotation!) available at Renderotica and Renderosity.
