Pretty good render, no doubt.
But - and there is (almost) everytime a "but": the smooth dick is looking displaced, more than a strap-on.
IMO it should have more a rough surface. Not so "hollow" like the ... ahm .... zombie, but not as smooth and shining.
But as i said, imo.

This is something I am messing around with but I think her skin is a little to dark. I put 4 lights in at the 4 corners on the room. I am thinking about putting a little spot light on her and seeing if that will lighten her up a bit. What do yall think?

I wouldn't take a spot light as it might make some clearly visible sharp edges.
If the skin (texture) itself is not the "dark Problem" maybe you could use a Ghost Light like this one. It helped me a lot...
