Made a first attempt with d-force simulations.
View attachment 682489

I have an issue though, although minor.
Whenever i want to run the simulation, the character also reverts back to her original pose, along with the cloth, and then is simulated to the current pose.
Does anyone know how i can put the character in place, and run the simulation only for the cloth? In this senario, let it fall over her and drape itself around her legs.
Select item, right-click simulation settings tab, then simulate selected.

"Come over tonight! My parents are having dinner and I'll leave the door unlocked. Say... 8?"

Your date can't come fast enough so you head over a little early. Her parents must already be out as all the lights are off except for a glow coming from her room. The door is unlocked so you call out to her as you head up the stairs.

You step inside and there she is listening to music on a beanbag wearing almost nothing. She smiles. "You're early. I'm not even ready!" and with that hooks a thumb into her panties.

Guys I can't decide on my new characters eyes for the life of me, they just all look good to me... help.
Here are the three different ones I have narrowed it down to.

1. CO Reine Dark (most realistic eye color)

3. Stephanie (hypnotizing eyes, def the most unrealistic but I love them)

Have you only one dforce item? Where is your model?

Also, you can turn 'Start from a memorised pose' to off and your model won't move.
That works better, thank you, yet still not optimal.
Now when i move the character a bit to position her a bit better, she still moves back to the original spot as soon as i click 'simulate'.
I thought D-force would spare me head-aches.... i'm starting to re-think that :)

I didn't right-click anywhere. I clicked left on where the red arrow is pointing. It opens that menu which shows "Simulate Selected" option which is what you were looking for.

I would have helped you more but that's the extent of my knowledge in dforce. I haven't tried simulating a single item yet.
I'm also clicking on the same location, yet i do not get an option of 'simulate selected'.
Oh well. I'll have to find some more tuturials on this. Thanks for the help though.

Smoke and steam... another effect to add in post. That way, you can get the volume that you want without obscuring what's important.

No big reason to do it in the engine, IMO.

No, the smoke is too linear but Great render and good effort. Try post work on it. Open in gimp and add a layer and try to paint smoke with some opaque brush. Experiment. Or try Sketchbook and look at some youtube tuts. It will be easy.
Yeah, I'll give that a shot. Tried to smudge it a little in Photoshop but I'm not thrilled with the results. The prop itself was quite large and I hid most of it in DAZ before I rendered. I think it's more like cigarette smoke than steam.

It was a fun experiment at least.

I like the second one, but genetically speaking, the first one is more likely.
