is the game just about defeat sequences? do they get unlocked when you win and do you get scenes outside of that?

the questions are important to me, pretty much determines if i play it or not

so what you are saying is in the end, the girl died when defeated?
i mean, it logically corrected to dump after pump but still, kinda sad not the endless pleasure stuffs

Not just defeat sequences. There are other events too, but the main point is that you become a slave to the one who defeats you in the arena. The gameplay changes too when you're a slave, with the pov changes to the winner and the objective is to make you fall to pleasure.

And yeah you unlock the defeat sequences when you defeat your enemy. I remember there are 4 or 5 bosses, all with their unique slave endings when defeated...
