My guess would be, that this game needs a patch or her content is not yet added in the game. This devs' previous game also has an Incest/Loli/Shota Patch. He has a Patreon so he can't add these "taboo" elements in his game, there should be a patch available soon.

This game will for sure appeal to a certain market share and kudos to the Dev for continuing to push the taboo boundaries.
The art seems to be a step up form the Dev other offering.
Generally, I found it more comprehensible than the Dev other game but generally speaking it's still pretty crazy and nonsensical to me.
The Landlady looks to be younger than the MC.
