I literally just played the game from a new save, opted out of lesbian scenes at every choice yet I still got the scene where Elisabeth and Juliette are full on making out in the shower, Elisabeth then fingers Juliette and then stops and has Juliette sit behind Elisabeth and masturbate herself to the view of her ass. Only then do you get an "opt-out" which is either turn around and look at her while she masturbates or don't and let her finish. Now tell me that's not a lesbian scene without lying.
Well, that might have been a bug but I checked the code and I don't see the issue. You clearly chose a lesbian choice before and saw some lesbian scenes before because this is the code for the kissing lesson scene: (with the conditional variable "lesbianon")

IF you choose to ask if she masturbates then you're hard-locked in on the lesbian route, you don't get the hard opt-out later on in the bathtub.

Idk why it's like that, personally I think that's kind of silly but it is what it is, I guess. So if a woman asks if another woman masturbates = locked in for lesbian content.
True, it's just a silly option that locks you in for it. I wouldn't be surprised if others ended up doing the same when trying to opt-out of it, especially since the masturbation question doesn't have a label that implies it locks you in for that route, like the next one in the bathtub does.
