Why not? Big boobs are a preference, just like small boobs or any other physical feature, it's just "not your preference". Maybe the dev himself likes big boobs. Not everything is meant to cater to one type of audience, and that's a good thing. If you don't like something on this site, move on, let other people enjoy it, you'll find other things to your liking. You shouldn't complain about big breasts being in a VN, just like you shouldn't complain about NTR, Gay, Furry or any other kind of preference. Let the devs make what they want to, and let people enjoy what they want to.

Where did I complain? When did I say that devs can't make their game as they want it? I have always thought that devs should make their game as they want it, not cater to the audience. The game is almost always better that way. And I often play games where girls aren't exactly as I like them. But I play them, and I often like them. I just voiced my opinion, like you just did.
