Yes, mom/son iirc. There may be some obfuscating "landlady" nonsense, or she might be his stepmom, or it may be one of those that gets around Patreon policy by letting the user define the relationship, or the dev might like living dangerously and just flat out have it presented as actual mom/son incest, I don't remember for sure.
