Played the preview, it looks like a lot of time is going into the UI. Leo appears to be experimenting with different designs, but there's not much content yet (in fact, it seems like there's a bit less content than there was before).
Also there's some voiced NPCs now, I don't know how I feel about that.
Here's a list of thoughts in no particular order (also note I played as Paul, not Claire, so I probably didn't see a lot of stuff since he seems to be focusing on her side first):
Edit: I just wanted to add that I do like that the dev is focusing on polishing and debugging because I know this post can come off as a bit negative when it's just meant to be a critique post. It does stink that we didn't get much content, especially with how much they've been teasing, but again, willing to give BotD for now because there's a lot of great potential. As long as this doesn't turn into a Lilith's Throne situation where the dev just never adds anything ever and keeps delaying their own pre-set deadlines that no one else is enforcing.
- Really hope the divorce to play as a single character will return in the finished build because it was removed for some reason. (the patch notes mention some stuff, including mechanics, is "hidden", so I assume divorce is one of them)
- I really dislike Vito's voice because it feels like a really phoned in accent. At the very least, I hope it gets added to the Voice Volume slider (as it's currently on the Sound Volume slider) so you can disable it.
- Virtually everything is placeholder, almost no new actual content. The Pizza Boy is new though and surprisingly even had text for Paul's scene with him.
- Some placeholder stuff also has you seeing scenes with Claire despite playing as Paul (such as the new Vito scene).
- I like that you can have a shorter/longer time period as well as smaller/larger debt for customization.
- The Skip Text bug is still here. Using it to skip text will often lead to rolling back to the title screen.

I'm more concerned that you believe it that easily even though virus scanning tools are questionable in what is dangerous and what isn't.
Anyone know how the dev is getting the characters to deform in the idle animation. Is it a renpy thing or is it a gif?
