Hmm, I think I can guess? when you scroll back, it goes way back lol not like a scene, like the whole progress you did gets erased and takes you back to the start (before going into the phone/laptop) meaning, the choices you picked while in phone/laptop goes away and you have to start all over again.
Oh yeah, that happens if you rollback while your cursor hover on a particular spot on the UI. It's definitely annoying, but you don't really need to do that. Just click back.

Stephanie is the characters with the most scenes, I don't know why you think you don't have a lot of scenes with her.
You are on her normal path, it is shorter than her Bimbo path. That is why you have that many locked scenes.
Finish the work for the plastic surgeon as soon as possible and let her get the surgery.

I thought turning Steph into a Bimbo steals our precious time from meeting Jenna? The walkthrough says so at least, because Vanilla Steph is away at that moment, giving you time to invite Jenna to your condo.
With normal Steph you have enough time to stay with Lydia and later go to Jenna, but with Bimbo Steph you have to decide between Jenna or Lydia.
