Man this game almost feels bipolar. You spend like 2 days trying to fuck your teen assistant's entire family and then you get a call out of nowhere and must strategize what leads are worth following and how to pursue them and after you're done doing that MC goes "guess i can enjoy the rest of my day now haha" and you go back to fucking ellie's entire family.

Also some paths close off others in a weird way. I spent like 3 days fucking Stephanie for her to completely fall off the face of the earth. (this might be my fault since I was kinda skipping over some dialogue. Not all of it though)

I enjoyed myself but I feel like i'd be enjoying myself more if it was more focused one way or the other.

Does it feel more coherent if you go with teams other than The Boys?

Also people are saying MC got the clams but his health check comes back clean from when you visit the nurse? What am I missing.

I've really enjoyed this game and I'm excited to see where it goes. But man, I tried the Bimbo Steff route just out of curiosity, and my god she's insufferable.

Decided to finally scratch this off my to-try list. Just got to the night 3 dream-or-is-it, where the victim shows up at your apartment, and goddamn is this game engrossing. It's very quickly joined the shortlist of games on this site that I would play even if they had no porn in them. My highest compliments to the developer (or writer, if those aren't the same person).

Yes. There is a branch where if you decide to go on a date with Ellie instead of going to watch the game at the bar with Steph she completely disappears from the game. The last time you see her she seems to be pulling security at the soccer match. If you do play her path you get hit with fridge logic about this. Her bitch roommate probably either killed her or otherwise kept her from ever contacting you again. I hope she isn't the one who we find in Lydia's rape dungeon. Also, I think the Boys are the "worst" help you can get in the investigation although they can probably do the job. I've gone through with both Ironstar and the Pub gang and they have better resources and know their shit. The question isn't whether or not the investigation will turn up information so much as who you trust with the information. The Boys are bumbling morons but they are probably the most loyal to you and least likely to have their own agenda.

I'm surprised with the character models, dev actually made a lot of them look British instead of just the generic stuff.
Really interesting that every LI is kinda not what they seem, theres a "darkness" in each of them that is fun to discover.

I think I did most paths, it's hard to pick but Bimbo Steph, Lydia, Tiffany and Samantha might be my favorites though they all LIs have great scenes like the emma cucking her boyfriend and vanessa talking shit to and cucking sophie.

Jenna's path seems like the most "boring" one so far but maybe her cucked path will be interesting, though guide says that leads to a bad end? In any case despite that she has the best body

Anyways, great stuff from the dev. Looking forward to seeing more when it updates.

I think that Jenna's path is supposed to be the boring one. She's your ex-girlfriend and her path only starts if you blow something like 4-5 other paths. So she is like the booby prize (literally) to keep content in the game. It is kinda funny that if you don't go on a date with either Steph or Ellie she shows up dressed like a librarian, sabotages your alarm clock to spend more time with you, and tries to rebuild your relationship. If you do go on a date with either of them she dresses and acts like a one-night stand and sneaks out in the middle of the night like the Baltimore Colts.

Yeah I got that was just expecting some kind of twist with her which I think we might get for her bad end.
And true it's pretty funny on one path she is trying to do anything to get back with the MC but if there is even a whiff of another girl and shes "ok we can fuck but you're paying my rent" :KEK:

Man, Steph is like a whipped puppy. Fuck Marissa with a cactus, stupid evil bitch. Good thing this is a game, because any other path, you essentially doom her to rot in purgatory with that monster.

I recently played the Jenna path (ex gf) and... it's like the game goes out of his way to point out how much you dislike her and find her boring. The protagonist points it out all the time.

For the other paths I can get what angle he's aiming for, and I dig them. With Jenna though I don't get it at all. Probably going for humiliating her? But if you go for it it leads to a bad ending.

On the other hand she seems perfect for Lydia. She tries to baby-trap MC all the time and is desperate to get back to their previous wealthier lifestyle. Bimbo Steph + Bimbo Lydia + Jenna would be the dream.

Hello everybody,

Here is this week's development log for Defending Lydia Collier.

As I unfortunately expected, I didn't get my icons made and now have a refund coming in 5-7 business days. It's really annoying as now I've got to find somebody new to make them, meaning I can't finish what I was doing for now.

So because of that v.0.15.6 is still coming but it will now be a Wickes focused update with new content instead of a UI update which will come later.

Defending Lydia Collier's v.0.15.6 update will contain:

Ellie's new solo evening, including a meal and an evening out in London and a night together away from Ellie's home (approximately 250-350 renders featuring a 100+ render adult scene, one scene still to be completed).

Helena's new solo content, this will include the scene from the BETA and the second scene that is currently locked, along with some more later content (300-350 renders, featuring two different 75+ render adult scenes, one very small new scene still to be made) should you choose to let her stay the night.

Emma's new solo content, including Emma's first overnight stay (175-200 renders, featuring a 100+ render adult scene, one small scene still to be completed), a large portion of this scene will be released later this weekend in the July BETA update.

And a couple of renders of Samantha, although no full scene for her is planned as part of the Sunday evening updates.

v.0.15.6 will be solely focused on the Wickes' as I have the vast majority of these renders ready to go.

That will mean that v.0.15.6 will end up being 750-1000 long in total, and it will released on Saturday 5th August.

The BETA for July will be updated as planned this weekend, likely Sunday, but just this weekend as soon as I've finished the last couple of bits.

Glad to hear you decide to release the game in smaller updates so we can enjoy it even more , consistent update and the fact they are also released on steam version is one of the best things it can happen to any game here ;)
