It was two weeks ago. You should expect it somewhere between November and April. Probably April.

They said in a Patreon post something about finishing up the farm, so expect it some time this week (somewhat unlikely) or the next (most likely)

Ok, so first, you assume that there are only pirates on this site. Thats incorrect. At least some of thouse who critique over here was or still is his donators. F95 is probably most populated platform for porn games, also his discord was unreasonsbly supportive last time I was there and moderated overzealously.

Firstly, no. I said presumably most people. MOST. MOST people do probably not pay for access through Patreon.

Secondly, donations go not for development of the games and not for games themselfs. Donations go for autors being "avesome." So if mulan was kinda lazy for a month or more, no punishment will befall him.

Hence why I am arguing that Communication from a development standpoint is more important then how often a product is being updated.

Thirdly, we here do not complain to Mulan. He perfectly clear stated that he is not interested in feedback from pirates. But maybe some donator or potential one see how happy about development this game community is and why, he would stop his pleage and that might force mulan to hold at least some of his promises.

He like all developers (Again, or so I would presume) are interested in constructive feedback in regards to their game, not their private life or work hours. I agree that he has a problem by making deadlines he can't keep.
But as I've stated previously, that's not the worst part. The worst part is missing the deadline...and no word from him until nearly a week has gone by.
That is the real crux of the problem here. If he had told people beforehand "Hey guys, will be a delay due to X and Y, I'm really sorry and I recommend you to postpone your next month's payment" etc etc etc.
There is a myriad of ways to go around this without it being strictly about how fast they can work.

So after prison you go to the factory and have a dialog with kgb oficer. Thats all. There are quests about resistance after that.

I went to the factory and i got no new quest. I can't leave the city because I get an error. I can't progress the factory questline further because I can't enter the factory because the screen at the entrance turned red.

People have no need in constant communication with Mulan. He is not as witty as he think he is.
The problem is that patreon is very fraud-friendly. You have no need to have constant updates - only appearance of constant work on updates. Do you seriously think that if most backers were asked "Do you want to support mulan for six months to have two scenes?" they would say "Absolutely"

I don't think it's fraud friendly in that people are dumb enough to give their money when they get no guarantees. People spend money on stupid stuff, such as giving 1000 dollars to Hololive girls or whatever.
The problem I think, is the understanding around the website not being completely clear enough on what you are actually paying for.
There is a reason why you have a warning on the side of the microwave stating: Don't put animals inside etc...
Because you had people stupid enough to actually do it.

The problem is - there is not much content to criticize in last year. Gym update was worst so far, being long boring repeatable buggy scenes. Farm had potential, not comical one that's sure, but since its so fucking small being one half redrawn Gym scene and two others having same art. There is almost nothing to critique.
Why the fuck mulan was teasing with 12+ scenes update a week before? Why the fuck was he teasing pictures from unimplemented scenes? That's exactly how patreon frauds do their work. What makes you have any faith that mulan will even deliver next part of vivarium?
He can easily spend previous 6 months doing exactly three scenes, in 6 months he will add another 3 at best. Maybe less. Maybe he will quit, feeding patrons with spoilers for a year, killing potentially good game.

And I agree with most of what you have written here, except for the Patreon Fraud thing. I think making a game where you have several layers to consider for the player character in different cutscenes is a bit too much for just a fraud, but that's just me.

Thing is, I am not at all saying that Mulan is innocent in all this. I just want the "We want more" crowd (Who presumably is downloading the game for free) to at least acknowledge that game development is not so cut and dry.

I do believe I have answered that question a few times.
Work at the cafe as a waitress, show of your goods and your fame will gradually increase until you can work at the bar.

Granted I had a sarcastic tone answering it the first time, but by golly it is a grind.

yeah but there is a small amount of content currently in vivarium

I can't say that I recall any ways except for the fisherman in the park. Give him vodka and he should increase your fame...if I remember correctly.

If I may add to the fame stat discussion, I believe Kira also gets some fame when being punished on the pole in the prison.

and i believe a sex scene as well though Mulan will probably add more to the game interims of scenes like the studio and city center and just fill up Moscow with small bits of content after this vivarium mess is over
