Though bear in mind that DOLMods doesn't list everything that's out there. Chylli's Mod being one of them (outdated, but so is FireMod for that matter), and I have heard tell of some Korean image packs on this thread that I don't believe are easy to track down.
are the KR image packs any different to the various ones used for DOL+ on the dolmods site? there's about 10 different ones there. and i can't find anything on arca.live that's different to those

I feel like getting literally anything specific that I want to trigger in this game is just an exercise in insanity. I already know that the results are pre-determined so save scumming any encounter is pointless. And anything that I actually want to happen (like say... any TRANSFORMATION based events) are so rare, combined with the natural decay (why the fuck is that even a thing?) of the transformed states... this game is just like wildly punishing for just trying to interact with its content.

You can stop natural decay by wearing right neckwear when it hits midnight.
You can, but it doesn't stop transformation decay from being an irritating mechanic, especially if you're trying to get the Fox transformation.

I swear getting pregnant is by far the hardest mechanic in game. And I mean just default pregnancy. So far since pregnancy been introduced, (not anal pregnancy) I've been trying to get pregnant. Out of all of my playthroughs with hours behind them all, I only got pregnant once.
Unfortunately, if you give birth in prison, your babies get taken away forever. Since they never showed up again after birth. Even when I follow through with my menstrual cycle, getting pregnant is super hard. It would be nice if Robin would have a pregnancy route. Like you can get her pregnant or vice-versa.
Also, would it be possible to buy a vacant house in game? Of course, it won't be cheap but it'll be nice to have some short of goal that's nice compared to the whole Town of Rapeville. Also I wonder if marriage would be a mechanic in the future.
Though I wonder if Leighton photo sessions will include Nikki in the future? Just some thoughts of mine.

Question: Does the game track what happens to Persistent NPCs (watchtower guard, prison guards and inmates etc.)? Specifically, can I impregnate them, and if so, will they remain pregnant and eventually give birth? Because even though you can impregnate other generic NPCs, they will disappear as soon as that encounter is over, so it has 0 effect.

I want to make sure of something; is the MC really unable to pitch to other characters? Just submissively catch? Even if it is a male MC and female target, with or without dick?

Beside few exceptions, the player is never sexually dominant.
In terms of where dicks go, the player by all means can penetrate, regardless of whether they want to.
its fairly easy tho .. just wait for the ovulation, take some fertility pills and fuck around.
i think one of the mods allows you to buy a house. or you go and life on the farm and improve it.

The link on the 1st website still has Trojan inside of it. I just checked. However, the 2nd website you linked allows me to play it online without any downloads so thanks a bunch.
You can also in the game settings make the chance of pregnancy easier. By default the chancce is 1 in 20 but you can lower it until 1 in 4

Sex change? No. You can crossdress and be perceived female though.
