How one mods their game does not reflect the original game itself. Sure, in the past the game may have had 'underaged content', but it does not right now in its current form. If people are modding those things back into the game plus more, it's on those people, not Vrelnir. So long as they keep it their business, that's fine.
If they really wanted to make it their business that it's 'possible to mod it in', I guess Vrelnir would have to either make the project completely closed-sourced, have the coding deliberately obtuse with no public documentation available to make it difficult to mod the game in the first place, or end up switching to another engine to try to put a stop to that. But people will still find a way to do so eventually anyway.

Its like Hugo Boss denying that they were the suppliers of SS uniforms, its the truth and everyone knows it. Denying the past only makes it seem like you are actively trying to piss off past supporters of the game. Who cares what they liked, lets pretend it never even happened!

Only few NPCs have pregnancy content. This toggle makes it possible to impregnate/be impregnated by any named NPC but it will happen with no acknowledgement or special content.
I don't like Gwylan. She's getting too comfy with my dog, saying stuff like "Your dog is corrupted", and "The corruption needs to be drained." I respect people with autism, of course, but the way she's eyeing my dog, I suspect it is something more than a veterinarian's concern.

I'm having a dilemma whether to start as a woman or a herm. On the one hand, a woman can have a parasitic penis but have trouble controlling it due to the ear parasite. But, for example, a herm should be perceived as a woman, having a micro penis (which requires taking a lot of pills) like a bigger clitoris. :]
The 'Incomplete Pregnancy Content' just simply means that named NPCs without the 'True Pregnancy' toggle can be impregnated and/or impregnate the PC. However, there is no proper dialogue/event at this time for them when they are pregnant and/or if the PC is pregnant. All (if not most) named NPCs do have some basic framework in place though, mostly when they cum inside raw and vice versa, but that's about it.
Having the 'gender is not perceived from genitals' set to the right ('off') makes it so that most NPCs are neutral to the fact that the PC that looks like a girl has a gigantic dong, and if they do react, most of the time it'll be within the 'first step' from neutral (so just a little shocked or aroused). They won't have the extreme 'angry and pissed off' nor 'super aroused and hand start shaking' kind of reaction, or at least it becomes super rare to happen. But this mostly applies to unnamed NPCs, of course - named NPCs for most part will not care, but it's just more of whether they are aware that the PC is a herm or not (which changes mostly sex dialogue).

Does anyone know how to unlock Gwylan's collar? I've tried doing what others have suggested online (85 yearning) yet I am unable to proc the required event where they gift us the collar. I've already set them as my Primary LI with 84 Interest/Love, 100 Lust and 88 Yearning while under Sublime Curiosity but no dice. At this point in the game I'm left with unlocking the Asylum, Prison and Plantpeople outfit in order to get any further Interest/Love which is simply too long. Currently on November so I'm hoping that unlocking the Christmas event or rng-ing the temple solicitation event will do something

How do I progress with Gwylan? I kissed them, raised Curiosity to Mesmering, Interest to 99 (already got their whole shop except collar) Yearning to 52, and then it stopped increasing. Is this a bug or do I need to trigger some event?

That sounds like a bug; yearning is capped at 50 until you've triggered a specific scene following breakfast iirc. Try to join them for breakfast in the cafe (7:30-9:30) a few times and see if that unlocks a new scene that should let you set them as your LI.
I don’t know, I tried that before asking, nothing changed. Patch 0.5.6.10, it's DoLP, but in theory it shouldn't interfere, since it doesn't touch Gwylan in any way. I hope this works someday, i don't really want to lose a run with all the special traits, full museum, maximum fame, stats, and 15 million on balance.
