I downloaded the cheat that unlocks all gallery and didn't have that option. I also played two options where I'm loyal to her or disloyal to her and the most I've gotten to is cumming on her when she tries to summon the great other. How do you fuck her?

need to be totally loyal to her and also be on love path with her (on prev. update).

Ending 2 and 4 are what your looking for and personally I love ending 4 as I got what I wanted, though it's a shame the writer lost it and just rushed the story would have been one of the best games story wise.

Ending 2 is being loyal and loving towards pearl while ending 4 is where you need to kill Dahalia to open and choosing nothing when ou enter the cave don't win her over.
