If it's stalled, log out from the site, log back in and download a new .torrent, then start the download again from the new file (that's how it works on rpdl for some reason)

I'm using BitTorrent 7.10.5 (32 bit) (an older build I think of the program), and I'm having no issues downloading. I just started the torrent, and its already at 10% (download speed of 8.5 megabytes per second) in the first 30 seconds.

There are so many bushes everywhere that you can barely see what's happening and where the enemy is(but they can see you). It's frustrating. Map design in this game in general is frustrating.

Best part of subscription based services is you can just cancel and create another account. Worse case you are out a few bucks for less then a month.
