This will flop after a year when Devolution gets burn-out. If he doesn't get a team to work with him on this one we're gonna be seeing an Abandoned tag soon.
"Corporates as Police" = Checking for corporate armor, military cyberware, tentacle infestations, and forbidden items. So... basically everything Ivy starts out with, other than the tentacle infestation.
"Clothes" as outer layer of armor. Who would ever call cloth that isn't kevlar, armor? Like sure there was padded armor back in the day, but you never put those guys in the front lines.
Artificial Multiplayer Features. If you are forcing always online DRM, you might as well just make it multiplayer. Let people call in help like Dark Souls. All the other features mentioned are in Dark Souls too.
Devoluation Safe Zone. Typo naturally. But if you wanted a safe version of Delta Zone, all you'd have to do is strip out all the porn and leave it for players to play as a gallery mode. Then have a fade to black for any NSFW stuff and wake up without your gear. Kind of like how people have suggested for years now. However, unless you strip out the NSFW stuff, Twitch would NEVER allow it on the platform, as any reasonable person would call it pornographic, not sensual (like say nudity in Witcher 3).
Tentacle Monster Birth Animations. People have been asking for this for years. People want that more than Lactation, yet it sounds like they'll add Lactation in first, than the animations.

Funny that you mention that, apparently he has been Recruiting and one of his University students (yes, the Dev is also teaching people as his day job, while making this game) will be hired once he finishes his education this summer. The stuff that was shown looks decent. Also the Animator is said to also be joining full time.
University students can be good. Like the one Tynan Sylevester recruited for Rimworld. However, in most cases, the lack of experience and know-how, means that it will slow things down.
Like Wild Life. They said they recruited professionals, but the quality of the early work of those professionals was about the same as a university student. Plus who has heard of a professional developer working in Germany for less than 125k a year.

LMAO a roadmap without any time schedule when stuff will be completed, i mean really its just to hype stuff up then drag it as long as possible to milk the clueless.... if the developer is serious in creating a finished product then include when stuff can be completed, the last update is just a joke v16 plays much better v17 includes new areas but plays poorer idk its one step forward two steps back, if this continues this game will be stuck in forever in development.... *milk* the cash cows!!!
That's quite an ambitious roadmap. I wonder if any of his patrons are going to stick around for long enough to keep this alive until release.
Hentai attack. Basically, when a tentacle grabs you it performs a H-Attack and you can resist (if you have remaining durability on clothing) or accept it. Resisting can result in escaping, but often deals heavy durability damage to your clothing. Like worse than eating a full magazine of bullets.
That's not an Update, like it says in the picture, that is just some of the stuff that is planed to still be added until the game is finished. We are most talking about Years before the game reaches that point.

So played until here, is this the current End of the game for the Version 16 or is there still a way to progress? Search the lager area for an hour now and could find anything.

Right now the game doesn't have a progression system other than getting better gear, which is limited. Quest, objectives and story will come later. You can explore more, but the only motivation to do so it just to see the maps.
Possibly. Or a system 7 Days to Die had back when a gun's quality and durability was based on the sum of its parts, and then divided by 4. I believe that was back when Wellness was still in the game, so 4-6 years ago. Anyway, so if it had a barrel at 47% and tier 3, a stock at 33% and tier 5, a magazine at 75% and tier 1, and a body at 99% and tier 6, it would display as:
64% durability and tier 4

Noice, roadmap. Hmmm most of them look like one man capable. I don't see better animation on the list tho soo guess them enemy will countiune using that Unreal default jogging shooting if I remember correctly how it was before i quit playing waiting for more content.

Last time i check the dev going for a cyberpunk feel to the game not science fiction.
Cyberpunk often has energy weapons in it. One of the best examples of Cyberpunk is Akira (movie), and it has all sorts of energy weapons.
