TL;DR:
Cheat some money, get the best food->energy implants and never be out of energy again. With the money get food/drinks and the only annoying thing is having to use it from time to time. It will hopefully be balanced in the next version and the cyberware stuff is nice.

My experience with v21:
I'm downloading the crack and I know a lot of new mechanics were introduced in the most recent version of this in development game. This means one thing for me: CHEATS!

But first, let's start a new game. Ok cool, cyberware. These thugs can't steal my metal spine or my next-level eyes with night vision and shit. And it's a nice long-term progression system where you can dump all your money into after having great gear. Noice! Aand survival stuff. So while I'm reading all the new implants effects stupid Ivy is getting hungry and thirsty. Well, shit. The survival stuff is overtuned. Whatever, I'm still in the hideout so I cheat money and trader has everything I need, so no more hungry and thirsty.

Now, starting the first raid and doing the first few story quests highlights the cyberware implants that convert food stuffs into energy. Nice! I don't want buy batteries in addition to food/drink all the time. So after I get back to hideout, money cheat and get maximum food->energy cyber upgrades. Now kickstart the machine with a battery (I was fully out of energy) and since then I've never cared about energy again.

After using the cheated money for quality of life features like the energy implants and more foods, I leave the money at home and try to have a more conventional experience. After playing for a few hours I was used to eating/drinking every few minutes and was fully on the grind for better gear. So now I'm the core gameloop from prevoius versions with the added complexity of cyberware and the new health systems.

I think the game is getting better and better, but while many systems are still changing often and are unbalanced, I am relying on cheats to optimize my gaming experience. But that's what they are for. And I'm having a blast with this game again and again after each update.
how is having to cheat makes the game better... thank god we hv heroes to help provide freeloaders with free paid versions and crack to provide developer cheats...

having to use cheats means if there isnt a crack players will have to pay for the developers version... game is designed to milk !!!!

Well, that's two different things.
Giving players the additional freedom that cheats provide is a good thing and I would like to see it in other games especially if they are also still in development. So that's what the game does right.
But I also agree that locking that feature (in this case behind a paywall) is a bad way to do it. Without cheats a lot of versions were (for me at least) unplayable as the gameplay was so unbalanced that I could not enjoy it. I would most likely not play v21 anymore if cheats were locked.

It's like other games with bad business practices. The foundation is good, but one thing is fucked so you can't have fun. Take for example the Hitman game from 2016. It came with always-online launcher shit. Nobody could play it the first weeks after launch because the servers were overloaded. The pirated version ran fine (which was obviously fully offline). The game itself is good, but they, rightfully, got a lot of shit, because the experience as a whole was bad. However, take away the one bad thing illegally and it's fine. In this analogy, I argue that the version of the game the pirates get, is good.

So what I'm saying is: The current version of the game we have access to (thanks to both the dev and the hackers) is good. I'm having fun. But there is still stuff to fix, implement and polish. I'm optimistic for the future. This game will be fire. Does the dev make bad decisions (especially from the perspective of us freeloaders)? Yes. But that is currently fixed by cracks. So it's not that important. If that changes we can go back to ranting about business practices all day long. (Or not.)

Honestly I didn't even have to cheat money, I made enough finding and selling good quality gun parts, extra meds and cyberware I looted from the early areas since the loot you find in chests and on enemies scales with you based on what you have. Pay attention to the value to weight ratio the game shows you and be mindful about what you're bringing back to vendors to sell.

I tried going to the further out areas but night time is really hard to deal with along with corporate enemies still feeling like they cheat makes me generally not like exploring further than the starting highway map.

To tell everyone the truth, the game isn't that hard. It throws a lot at you but at the same time if you took the time to learn it you'd find all the ways you can curb all that. I can't tell you the last time I used a contraceptive pill because you can just use the SFW switch, or the last time I died because you can save scum. Sure these are all cheating, but so are the options the game already offers you.

After over a week of grinding, here it is.
Maxed out difficulty. Structural Gunparts and Cyberware. Full loss of important time I could've used for something more productive.
Windows save location in %LocalAppData%\DeltaZone\Saved\SaveGames (meaning C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\DeltaZone\Saved\SaveGames) btw.

I think some of you are way too invested in 'insulting' people who actually want to play this game.
next time use the reply function bud. The "game" in its current state can hardly be called a game as the most important thing the gameplay loop isnt even finished yet. Its nothing more than a tech demo at this point. Go in play 15 minutes realize the loop and some features are missing, try the animations and close.
There is great potential here but at the rate its progressing im very doubtful it will be finished.

Some news about new monster what he promise?
Bro! Dev releases an update once every three months, and I live 40 km from Pokrovsk. Until the patch with the monster comes out, my house will be bombed into the Stone Age! I was waiting for it in v21, but got a bunch of some shitty mechanics, without which it was unbearable to play anyway. Looks like I'll be able to check it out on PC at the heavenly reception, if they have 4090 of course. Too bad, I love bestiality.
