Here are the full changelogs since the release of version 20 and its subsequent hotfixes up to version 20.2
Release 20 changelog update:
NSFW:
• Ivy has comments if aroused and moans if very aroused.
• Different animations and stages reduce arousal differently.
• The medstation can't remove eggs or tentacles if it's too early.
• Added a customization option for smaller clit size.
• Horny enemies or Ivy alter dialogue options.
Gameplay:
• The enemy becomes cautious if shot at without recognizing who shot at him.
• Added lightning during storms.
• The medstation now has separate options for minor healing and surgery.
• If aimed directly at an enemy, he will shoot until the player stops aiming.
• The mini-scan shows if an enemy has recognized Ivy and if he feels threatened by her.
• Recognition of Ivy by enemies is slower and more affected by distance.
HOTFIX 20.1 update:
fixed dialogue bug with human enemies
Nova has raider clothes, has customization unlockers
Enemies in emission zones drop flashlights when killed
HOTFIX 20.2 update:
slower recognition by enemies enemies cant recognize Ivy

fyi, waiting for 20.3 hotfix as game crashing after 10+ mins gameplay spawning too many objects... 20.x is unstable and prone to randomly crashing....

Same. Genuinely don't know what the dev did to break the game that badly, but it's gotta get fixed soon otherwise the people actually paying will get pissed.
Dev probably added in extra DRM on top of the DRM that's already in place.
I don't think it's DRM considering the crashing seems to be unrelated to the crack. I mean, unless the dev did such a bad job at it that it affects non-cracked versions of the game.
its a game bug causing it to generate alot of stuff overloading memory variables ... nothing to do with the crack as the crack just bypass/overwrites the in-game online checks....
Yes there is. From +1.000 to -1.000
Killing raiders gives you a negative reputation. They'll start shooting you on sight if it's negative. When it's positive you can walk past them easily. Wearing the correct clothes gives additional reputation for the faction.
Depending on what trader you talk to and do tasks you earn reputation also.

I may have found a solution, downloading a game to try out;
Last post. Its not the same game, but had same problem.
Update: Tested, and its working, had two crashes so far, in ~2 hours window, but after some time game performance will get and get worse and, will use more resourses and will need to restart the game. This solution is temporary.

This game straight up crashes my graphics card (3070) and turns both my monitors black every time I enter a raid, insane

Tested this. For me it didn't crash, however, the performance steadily gets worse and loading times are still very long, still rendering this not worth playing at the moment.
So i applied this. Can confirm that the game wont crash after setting this. (At least not about some MaxObjects)
But still, the game will continue to consume huge amounts of RAM after some time. Well, certainly because of the mentioned setting in the eninge.ini and also because of general memory leaks. So be warned.

Overly simplified but the game basically keeps the stuff you loaded in previous areas, so it's always just in there sitting and you're basically loading everything at the same time constantly.
