The game is updated every 3 months. The thread is updated when a update conforming to F95 rules is posted. Currently the online requirement violates sharing rules for the primary post. There are workarounds, but you'll have to read the thread for the current version workarounds.

Is there any way of killing the tentacles other than the Medstations? Any pill that removes it after it has hatched?
Also what are the downsides of having it? Does anything change?
I could swear I got my full health bar back by letting one hatch, but don't know if it was a bug or what.

No, it wasn't the passive heal, the bar was like 2/3 and suddenly went full out of nowhere. I didn't use items nothing, only thing I had going was eggs.
Probably just random bug.

Very good. Great visual guide.
But my point is that: you'll eventually find the places you're looking for, sure. The problem is there's no good way to locate yourself in a map, like a compass or clear identifiable landmarks.
For example: the Swamp map is a nightmare at midnight, under heavy rain and constant getting slowed down by barely touching any grass anywhere. The landmarks are almost impossible to locate (like the skyscrapers in the background that are the direction of the city and trader, North on map, or the walls that are around the Ember trader).
And while the player is lost, trying to locate itself and go from point A to B, the broken godlike AI keeps being omniscient and omnipresent and warlording you.
The protagonist can become invisible, scan living targets with x-ray machine precision, can kill with shock by just touching anyone, etc... I don't think a simple compass or gps aid would be out of place.
If this is a dev choice to make the game "realistic", I think it's a stupid choice, and probably one that will be kept if people complain because of pure ego (like so many of the gameplay decisions of Escape from Tarkov for example, that could've been a very fun game but became a very awful experience just because of ego and spite from the creators).

I meant your drivers, you already said R19. It's most likely that your GPU is just not powerful enough as I've gone through 22-24.5 without issues.

No but you can lower the cost by taking better care of yourself since Medstations heal everything wrong about Ivy from gaping holes to scratches.
Besides what VanillaLover said, enemies favor oral sex over other options by a lot (they might be completely using only oral not sure)
It used to affect surrendering in a way that i can't remember, might still be a thing. I think they were just stealing and not raping if you are completely normal and not looking like a used whore but this has a 80% chance of being a misinformation (i mean i'm not sure at all how it affects surrendering, but it did affect surrendering at some point)
Just tested it (had to jump on a green tentacle and wait for days even with a speedup pill because the damn debug tools don't work and never did) and that isn't a thing, must be something else. I can try reproducing it if you tell me what you were doing at the time the egg hatched.
Even with all the technology around with hoverbikes and such, the game is still dystopian and you're in the butthole of the world so the only wayfinding tool you got is a hand-drawn map. It's supposed to look like shit but understandable to an extend. BUT obviously there should be items like a damn compass or smt that can be found or bought for the end game, it would be realistic and helpful.
Adrenalin 24.5.1 on a rx 6700 xt, I haven't tested another version. Maybe because is a very demanding game, but at least i can play now

Just for anyone pissed off like me about no vsync option in the menu (which is also a fucking slider mess with no way to enter precise numbers or return most of them to 1) and don't want to force it globaly or with a specific driver profile for the game: vsync can be toggled in a game file.
1- Open "GameUserSettings.ini" that the game creates in "C:\Users\*your_user_name_here*\AppData\Local\DeltaZone\Saved\Config\Windows\".
2- Under "[/Script/Engine.GameUserSettings]" change "bUseVSync=False" to "bUseVSync=True".
3- Fap.
