wild life dev are not focusing anymore to make a game, its just SANDBOX stuff. This game was interesting cause the story was good. They never continues to developpe the compaign mod.

For once we got something somewhat unique, if you only want animations and porn content, go pick between the thousands and thousands of visual novels out there, what are you even doing here ?I think you forgot what a game is, it's supposed to have gameplay
If this game has much more content than now which is for now a 0.23, i'd buy it for sure . And if it does have much more content in the future, it could end up as one of the best porn games out there. Emphasis on the game.
Years ago I'd have had to agree. There just wasn't enough game to justify calling it a game. Now there is enough content to justify calling it a game, but its so horribly balanced that without cheat codes, you will likely die of starvation or dehydration, long before bullets claim your life. Or you'll just have some scavenger find you when you desperately need to masturbate, rape you and take parts of your gun, so now you can't fire anymore. And its not like you start with Mantis Blades or some kind of electroshock. Lots of things have useful descriptions, but do any of the cyberware menu stuff have descriptions? Hells no. Like what is that screen effect thing you start with? X-ray vision? Because the noise it makes me want to mute the game.
I do think that there should be a greater focus on the xxx animations, as that is what people originally supported the dev to create. A simple shooter with strong porn elements. That is what Lazerzombies was; a simple shooter, where you could blast away enemies with light puzzle solving. If they had kept the game more like that where there is tons of enemies, you are a badass with cyberware, and lots of tentacle sex animations, it could be really good.
Instead we have a huge identity issue, where the game doesn't know what it wants to be. Super hardcore in some areas, ridiculously unfair in others, really hot xxx animations that the game severely discourages you from seeing, gorgeous environments that you can't see at times due to darkness and fog, and survival system that is more hardcore than The Long Dark, and that is saying something.
Okay, I caved and joined the Patreon again. (I weirdly enough only had to pay 1 dollar and I was able to download the newest version, which is pretty sweet.) And to be honest, the dev improved the game by a whole lot from when I last played around late 2023 or early 2024, something like that. The game runs WAY better than before; it's actually, dare I say, playable now. The gunplay feels way better also and one thing that stood out to me was the enemy AI. It's actually not unfair now. Before, enemies would see you from, like, half a planet away through bushes and spray you to death in a matter of seconds. Now though it's a lot more manageable. I was able to beat the whole tutorial (if you want to call it that), which is also new, to me at least, without dying once. And I had loads of fun doing it. I got about 4-5 hours of content out of it. I could have done it faster, sure, but I had fun doing everything stealthy and taking my time a little. I honestly do not regret spending money (I mean, it was literally only one dollar) again on this game. (Not to mention the upgrades to the raid part of the game, which now has missions/tasks which I have not tried out yet, but it sounds cool.)

Can't say i agree with everything, but the key point would be that the dev does need to push more nsfw content forward, possibly at the same time as normal content, yes.
All the other problems you have however... i'm not sure. I can play without cheat codes, i never even used them except more stash space. I am actually not sure how you'd even die of starvation. the game to me seems perfectly balanced thanks to older patches that i don't find a mountain of food but what i find is a ressource which is very often enough to wait for the next time i need to find food, i have genuinely ZERO problems with food.
And that's playing on perma death where i can't stash stuff. (No point going back to the lobby when you have only one life, unless really really tired long into a game.)
Ennemies finding you when your horny meter is high as well as taking parts of your gun after getting raped.... Isn't that the hecking point ? i find it fun. I made a mistake, i get punished for it. Simple as that. If you build a good enough gun, they'll take accessories before actual parts. (If they even take actual weapon parts i'm not even sure they can legit steal important parts ? Hasn't happened to me in forever by now)
I am not at all saying this to you in particular but ;
Learning to play and learning to like a game should not be an impossibility to most players. If you don't like something, sure, but do think about it.
If ennemies couldn't steal your stuff ? Then the only punishment you get is a sex scene that most people would consider a reward ? And them stealing does not happen all the time, it's not even a 100% chance of punishment, sometimes they let you leave or ask for something else, and those, are the best moments when you feel you've got lucky, just a little bit of immersion or roleplay make experiences much better. The dev has a lot of problems, but he is clearly improving on some aspects. Let's not take away gameplay elements, adding more stuff however should be his main focus.

I managed to download v23.2 and applied the patch. I'm stuck at the last step of the tutorial mission, tho. do I have to walk all the way back to the spawn?
