If I remember correctly the patch doesn't modify old saves properly.
I had the same problem and I fixed it with the help of URM (Universal Renpy Mod), it's a very good alternative to the console, it's easier to use and has additional features that replace the need for a WT in some games.

To be honest Dana is the one sister that interest me the least. Kidna disapointing from what people here say i gather she is dev's pet character.
I like Dana the most among the sisters (even though Kara is def the hottest in the genetics pool).
I played it and gotta say this was a decent update. Sex with Carla (unfortunately only once... less than I wanted but exactly what I thought it would be) and satisfying progress with Dana.
