The progress image was added later on. Note that there is no weight to the bars, total progress should be more than 76%

so ch5 won't be released anytime before December.

but he was able to dabble in his second game conceptualization
from now onwards he would be regular as he got il feeling out of his system and it wont come back soon
and progress bars does not show actual work done into update its actually incomprehensively more
but some how update wont come till all bars are complete,
some day those bars will fill up fast and update will be out.. so don't be sad and cheer up

I don't know about cheat codes. However you can use Tooltip in setting, that gives you massive hints and makes choices easier.
