For real! I just took a glance yesterday on other games but was met with games, and no disrespect, which have renders that look straight out of 2005. New games btw from 2021-2023.
I've never heard of Golden mean but according to you I don't need to look that up. Apocalust was interesting when it started but it's not even a game at this point. Just a string of animated scenes with porn story logic.
Honestly there's no game in existence which is quality on renders/animations/story and completed or in late stages. Not one game! This VN industry is just filled with scammers or too ambitious devs, who promise so much but never meet expectations. On the other hand are devs who are dedicated but don't have the experience or support to deliver top tier content.
There are so many devs who drag their projects for years, just to bail out in the end after collecting enough money without any development. I've never spent one cent to a developer cuz you will never know if they just take advantage, which a lot do.
High quality projects are scams 100% these days.

It is true, many longtime supporters were fleeced for the better part of a year. Then zero communication from dev who in December led people to believe a release was just around the corner after a few small grammar fixes.
We have another 1 month+ or so and then the abandoned tag. The team adheres strictly to the 3-month no contact rule before can be labeled abandoned. Last contact I saw was 22/23 January so 22/23 April is the day of reckoning.
Ok, against better judgement, one more answer. I wrote " react with stupidity to me loosing it," hence I was referring to people reacting to my posts with stupidity. It's typical "what mustn't be can't be" with inane reasonings. For example thinking I defend Eromersive when he is incidental for those of my posts. And, of course, with insults (which stands to reason I guess, I call the spammers whiners and similar). At least the insults loose all bite because of the inanity
