at the moment it is (ntr) so I would wait for the future at the moment there is no real love interest or a romantic bonding that builds up so there is nobody that has real ntr potential.

Yeah but that's not ntr. Ntr is specifically when you are in a relationship with someone and they cheat on you. It would be ntr if MC was already banging and in a relationship with his landlady and someone else made her cheat on him with them. The current scenario would be ntr if you were playing from the landlord's perspective.
This is something i have been saying in a lot of game threads on this site. Seems that most users here use the NTR label for every sex scene that has a female but a male that is not the MC. Kinda dumb but you can't change the masses minds. (P.S. Not trying to insult anyone so don't make a fuss about this)

but for ntr I need a good story, good writting and a very good bonding not porno writting like 98% on this site or a black neibour that fucks the girlfriend after 2 seconds you need an emotinal connection and very good writting like our red string cindy and holly for example or where it all began could have that after the remake so I hope this game go goes in that direction in terms of render and writting qualitie.
