There aren't any official or player made walkthroughs. The walkthrough mod mostly just highlights choices that have an effect on which scenes play out.
If you're worried about missing out on content a general rule of thumb to follow for this game is to maintain a good relationship with Lillith and make choices that increase lust points. As of right now there are a few molesting scenes with the "landlady" and three sex scenes with Lillith (2 with MC, 1 with another tenant).

These threads need a checklist in the OP that tells you which characters the MC has successfully banged to date, so that people who are only really invested in certain characters can just come back when their number comes up. They can even spoiler it.

Avoidable: Landlady blackmail by boss (more sex acts, based on your choices)
