Strange the only time i have ever ever used handsome to describe a woman.

The point here is that one of the main LIs, the childhood friend with whom MC lives, is not a virgin and cannot be rejected. There is no NTR in the game.

While you are right that it doesn't quite make sense for them to not lose their virginity to each other IF they've been attracted to each other that long and he's had those powers for that long. But those are big ifs, especially the power one, I think the powers are actually just awakening recently.

The dev could explain that while she was kinda attracted to him, the fact they are basically family kept her from making a move, that is, until the recent awakening of his powers either increased her attraction for him or reduced her inhibitions essentially making her get over the family thing.

Or there's some other explanation or the dev just didn't want them to have a pre existing relationship and there's no explanation. But I'm pretty sure the powers are actually a recent thing, the MC said the nightmares have been a recent thing so my conclusion is that the nightmares are part of the whole awakening so they are a package deal.
