It's complete, and not MTL. That's a step above many other RPGM games I see.
But I don't see any gunplay in the screenshots. Is the name just an accident?

There is gunplay (and short range weapons) in the Steam video though it looks weird since it seems grid based.

Is this GOR? I swear all r.rape games are like that so it would be a novelty for one to include scenes in the actual gameplay.

The cg is specific enemy gor only, the dot animation will play if you touch any of the succubus.

During combat you can get grappled which you can escape by mashing, during the grapple you get a pixel animation

There are a handful of scenes with cgs that aren't game overs. EDIT: The sequel has them the original doesn't really have cgs that aren't game overs.
