See that blue Completed prefix by the game's name? Legend has it that a word such as this signals that a game will not receive any future updates, that the game's development has been finished. Mind you, it's only a legend, but I'm a believer!

Unless there is a remaster being done, but, then the completed tag maybe removed< I could be wrong, but I thought I saw one get remastered with the completed tag still on. I need to look that up.

Interesting whats the pool cleaning bug exactly beause I had no issues with cleaning the pool.
Or going beyond day 2

It typically depends — the nature of the remastering, how much of the game overall is getting remastered, etc. I think it's a case-by-case basis in that specific instance. But in that case, the poster should've asked about a remaster rather than an update. Saying "update" generally implies more content, bug fixes, or similar. Practically nobody considers a remaster an "update" when used with no context whatsoever given.
When you have found the keys, you need to go to the shed, select the key that looks old and click on the shed door, then you can enter and select the net on the left, then go back to the pool and select the net with a handle, then click on the leaves, took me awhile to figure it out too, then you need to buy chlorine because its empty, tedious but then it is a point and click game.
I must have carefully checked each area 20 times and nothing changes, tried doors etc. etc. after collecting 4 photos and stuck in night mode with the game saying i still have stuff to do, I'm now bored...the TIP is useless, nothing new in the tasks, i give up for now.
so, during the fighting with Sophia, is there a trick to get hits or is it all based on your level?
I just managed to win on level 6, but that's the first time the MC got more than a couple of hits.

so, I was sort of at the same place as you, was getting the info about Nicole and Doira.
The one not mentioned seems to be the fighting with Sophia.
I did both the coffee date with Nicole and the lvl10 in the fighting on the same day so not sure you have to do the fighting but maybe.
Both Nicole in the supermarket at noon and Doira by the pool in the Evening are efinitely needed to do. I repeated the Doira spanking a couple of times so that doesn't seem to change but you do gain more lust with her.
As soon as I had the Nicole date and the lvl10 fighting I got the phone call the next morning and chapter 2 started

Chapters? I don't remember this being broken into chapters, but if it is, it's only an internal thing the game shows. You don't need to download more than the full game (no separate downloads by chapter or anything).
The download includes all chapters of Denos City.

I've played this one a long time ago and completed it. Now, I got the Steam version and was playing it, but I skipped the old hag, but it seems I'm stuck like I had to pursue her to continue (it says to meet her at by the pool on evening, but when I talk to her, she says I'm a pervert and send me away). Unless there's something hidden, there's nothing else to do... Is it like this or am I missing something?
Funny I too had that issue. Unlike you, I am not playing the Steam version. Since I use MTools I thought i'd try changing variables related to Doira to see if it would let me progress. And it looks like I fixed it.
If you change the following variable to "true" instead of "false", Doira should have new dialogue for you.
"(bool) doira_accede_bdsm: doira_accede_bdsm"
