Hi everyone, I would like to know the software that can do this game, and what software I could draw the characters, can anyone help?

No, it's not. In some shots it seems to be kind of long, but in some shots it looks average in lenght. Girthwise, it always looks average, maybe even on the thin side. Compare it to the female characters hands/fingers when holding the protagonists dick and you'll get what I mean.
As for the dicks of other male characters, you also get to see the dick of that gomba working for Matloock (the one who get's killed in the subway) as well as Patricks dick. Some of them "only" seem to be a bit larger than the protagonist, while the biggest (Matlock) seems huge in comparison.

Oh right I forgot about Patrick and the goon. Still, I don't agree with your point about size at all. I think you need to look again. Just because it's not a freaking foot-long-dong doesn't mean it isn't big.
If you percieve the protagonist to have a thick dick, then what's an average dick (girthwise) to you? Pencil thickness?
Anyways, I'm not saying a protagonist must have a huge cock (though I personally find that to be a turn on), but it feels kind of silly to me when every other guy in the game is bigger.

...I've never played a character with a dick in TiTS, but is spin-dashing with your dick-monowheel an actual thing you can do in that game? Cause I would be seriously impressed.

With how fucked up that game is in points... Wouldn't doubt it lol. But, point being you can grow like a 12 foot octo-dick with balls the size of a human.

Not sure, but if you are a dude you CAN get impregnated by a tentacle monster. So I wouldn't put it past them.

This had been the best game played so far, with fewer grammar errors it would have been really perfect. The plot is fantastic, the paths change much of the story. The graphics are excellent. I really wish for a sequel with the Dragon and the other characters. Or better, a prequel with a young Dragon Lady.

how do you get that, the last scene is the icon "?"Please guys, help me open 2 scenes. I have played this game so many times, that almost everything is skippable now
- 21st scene in the gallery where Mi-Do is getting blowjob View attachment 197857 (bottom right on the screenshot);
- 44th scene (2nd from behind) is still having the question mark on it, I cannot see whats behind it
