Came here from City of Broken Dreamers and is this game awesome as well.
This developer is so good, amazing girls / renders with great storytelling capability.

The game will also work on x64 Windows. It wouldn’t work if the game was made only for an x64 system and you had Windows x32

It's been a few years and this is still one of the best games I've had the pleasure of playing, it's a shame the other one is ending, I'll also miss Victoria and Carli.
There are many similar games, but I haven't found any better ones that have been completed yet.There are some promising new works, but they are still in the early stages of development

Even though it's an older game, it's great.

Is the incest intended or is it one of those shoehorned incest patches? If it's intended, what are the relationships to the MC?

Shoehorned, kind of. Originally, there's a LI who is the daughter of MC's ex-wife. So, as far as I know, the patch takes the easy way so that she becomes MC's own daughter, and that's it.
