Not sure about the patch but you sure can with 0.11 full install.

You can use your old saves with the patch, its just a collection of games script audio and new images. Just note that if you unren'd the files in the last version the patch wont work. It needs to be an original clean install of 0.10 for it to work correctly. Otherwise you just need the full version.

i also want to know this as well, is there any scene with the dragon at all except when u touch her and she chase u immediately? (bad or good ending is fine) - the walkthrough does not mention this woman

After playing the latest update, it's official: this is the best adult game out there and it's not even close. Milfy City has a chance to rival it in the future when it has more content, but nothing else can touch this game in terms of quality.
