It's not lame, to me it's just good mc centered. Using the mod can miss scenes but this vn must be a head ache to mod a walkthrough for as almost all the choices really matter.
So many scenes to see by choosing different choices, again it has to be a headache.
I never meant to insult the mod or modder just wanted to bring awareness to those of us that like to play a more bad mc that there are scenes that exist going against the mod's suggested choices.

It's also not really necessary.. the quest log and a quick run through the main locations should be more than enough to allow you not to miss out on content... except where choices matter and lead to diverging content, something no walkthrough can fix for you (maybe a mod).
The nr of functioning braincells required to navigate the game is fairly low...
Then again, people keep asking me what "to be continued" means so...
seriously though, making a walkthrough at this stage can't work, simply because there is no way to tell where the various paths will lead, and therefore no way to pick an optimal path....any walkthrough out there is at best a guess..a preferred option for the author of it.

If by family vibe you mean permissiveness, openness and family in the form of a harem, then there is something similar in Sisterly Lust, for example. But if you want a dominant father, then no, I don’t remember anything like that.

Playing as old bald fart with oversized dick is funny, but it's not much realistic by any standard. I must ask, why is MC bald? Is that by fashion season in Egypt region or just random choice? :-D On the other hand, never mind. There is good amount of story so I am happy to read and learn something new. Author have good taste in music and atmosphere is great.
What bother me is violence. It is avoidable, but still... From "porn game" you expecting more dicking than ripping limbs or crushing skulls. Not to mention the fact that decayed are canibals and that may give you some bad feelings...

Never in history is it said whether he is bald by hair loss or by choice. If he shaved his head by choice I believe it was because he is a soldier (elite soldier?). His mentor was also bald so maybe that's why.

No bad feelings here. It's an adult visual novel not a "porn game". The gore level is optional and it makes this vn stand way apart from the standard harem fare.
Also thank God this mc is older (could care less about his hair situation), as I would hate to see another young "max" in this world. The perv kid wouldn't have made it past the first scene.
He's not an old fart at all, and considering how athletic he is it's safe to assume the MC is rather young.
Judging by other characters I believe it's a cultural thing in that world.
I completely disagree on this part. It gives me no pleasure to see a hot raider getting decapitated or mangled into a pile of minced mead but I actually like the amount of violence in the game, it's realistic, fitting. Anything less and you'd lower how fucked up their world is, making it unrealistic. One of my favorite scenes in the game is actually the first one, after you throw the raider on the rock and decide to abuse her anyway. I'm hoping we'll be able to do something similar to her more times in the future.

What's wrong with him being bald? It makes him look badass and sort of differentiates him from other male characters.
As Spfjolietjake said above, this game is an AVN, not a porn game.
And disagree about violence. The gore and violence actually adds to the whole immersion of the game, as to how harsh and merciless this world can be to those who are unprepared.

Hold your horses here, guys. I never said anything about that I dislike it. Just little bother, not much... And so far I know that Adult Visual Novel is just nice alternative to term "porn game". In most cases for sure. My GF will disagree with the nice description saying something like "Playing porn game again?"...

There are some adult visual novels that have no sex in them. They are the minority but it's a mistake (no offense to your gf) to lump all adult vns as porn games.

And that's where you're misunderstanding.
You're assuming all AVN are just nice alternative to the term porn game which is incorrect.
"Adult game" is a very umbrella term which includes the several sub-genres which include the following two:
1) Porn game:
game with bare-bone story, very shallow characters, and all in general writing is not very good at all. Number one objective with most games in this category is to get the MC bone the girl as quick as possible, so player can fap off to the scenes as early as possible, and as much as they can.
Examples would be;
- A lot of games which have the tag "Real porn" on them. Though some AVNs which have very shallow story/characters/terrible story just for the sake of sex scenes fits into this category too.
2) Story + Characters driven Adult Visual Novels:
these are very narrative driven and the Dev gives a lot of focus to the story and characters. Characters more often than not have depth with them and are definitely not cardboard characters.
Also another attribute with games in this category is that the MC usually has sex nowhere near as early as games in the porn games category - a lot of times girls arc will be slowburn where the MC builds relationship with them.
And some games during this slowburn, while girls may show skin here and there, there will be no sex until appropriate time, and some games may not actually have any sex at all.
Examples of such;
- Games with no sex at all: The House in Fate Morgana
- Games which will have sexual content in the future but is currently in slow burn, building relationships hence just showing skins: Summer's Gone
- Games which has sex, but the story has been building relationships with characters and story, hence at the moment has only little sex: The DeLuca Family, Rebirth
- Games which currently has quite a bit of lewd and sex, but also good story and characters as well: Desert Stalker
And above are just few of the examples I can remember.
So there is clearly difference between the two.
And no offense to your gf, but I don't think she's the best person to be able to tell the difference between what is a porn game, and what is a story driven AVN, unless she played through at least some of the example games I've listed above.
Quick question since I think maybe did something wrong 5 different tries. How does the scene work since I let them kill Ivy, traded idol for her and killed them, and never got the scene? I tried 5 new games different choices each time since there are only 3 choices one leaves both decayed dead one leaves Ivy dead and 2 choices get you Ivy, but not once did I get the toilet scene. Is this a second run where you meet Ivy first time, and then get it or do you mean it is supposed to unlock upon trading idol for Ivy? Sorry just trying all options and not once did it unlock and if it matters I am using latest updated game.

I haven't played the early scenes in a quite a while, but as long as you don't kill the decayed guys (my method was to trade the idol for Ivy's life and leave without harming anyone) then you should be able to visit their fuel depot at some point later in the story where you have the interaction and choice to meet and greet Fairy in the toilet. I think the decayed bros offer to give you a tour of the facility and obviously you'll want to agree to the offer so you can end up at the toilet where Fairy is being held. I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but maybe some of the newer players who have gotten that scene recently can provide more details.

As for the game and its content.. If we were trying to make just a porn game, porn stories, films and games would be our sources of inspiration.
