I keep the game's folder, just delete everything inside it after playing, except for saves.

You don't even need to keep the install folder copy of saves for Ren'Py games; Ren'Py automatically saves both to the install folder and to (on Windows) %AppData%/RenPy/<Game Name/Custom Identifier> every time you make a save.

Ok so I think the bug is still here from previous release or I just missed something. For the side quest "all in the family", it says to visit Rabias house again, which I do, but none of the 3 options on the bottom left of the screen are clickable (I think Ive already done all those options before.) There is no way to progress this quest.

Thats the issue, for that quest it doesnt say, for other quests it says that so I know they have been completed.
