Yes, but that is not part of the incest. And the northern girl describes that in her home village, things are so bad that young girls, when old enough are treated to sex from all the males, in one big night, in an effort to make sure they get pregnant. Because the murderous thieves are winning and they are desperate. Yes, that make sense too.
Who said it was? You said that after calamities people get serious about making babies and that wasn't in this game.

I think this story is one of the best in vn's. Even better than BaD. The dev creates his own post apocalypse society where powerful men can have wives and multiple concubines. That much is historically accurate. There have been such societies without consequences. It is also true that humans, after great calamities, tend to double down about the business of making babies. I don't see that in this game, nope not a lot of children.

But here there is no incest taboo. Everything goes, all in the name of bringing the family closer emotionally. It is true that the calamity in this game is beyond calamity, and humanity does not seem to be recovering very well. Does that mean humans would turn to incest in that situation? Well, the dev can say it does as well as not, since this is a brand new situation.

And it is true that humans have tried the incest route some, in royal families for instance, that refuse to bring commoners into the blood line. And, in that case, there have been consequences. Incest tends to breed idiots and monsters. That is the reason for the taboo. But, as I say, not a lot of kids in this game. And in cases where incest does not breed children, and there is no social taboo, why not?

Ok, I am going to get back into this great game. Love it, not that I am into incest, and no, adult incest is not the same thing as pedophilia. None of that in this game. There are a few games on f95 that present girls who appear well be below the age of consent and claim that they are 18 years old. Nope, not that either. Fair enough, I think.
My one critique of the game is I feel it's lacking a firm main narrative drive. There's plenty of different story routes but I feel there needs to be one firm narrative push in one direction with a bunch of interesting threads leading off it where each of the side things come together to impact the ending. Right now there is the stuff with the raiders, the stuff concerning Zeta, the stuff with Abrax and the entirely optional stuff with the mutants, and right now I have no idea if there's any sort of direction to any of it, any sort of point to it at all.

I mean the mutant stuff being completely optional based off one random decision right at the start makes me think that there isn't any sort of clear vision tbh, they seem like a massive part of anything that would happen yet how could they be when you can entirely bypass their content for the whole game, despite it feeling sort of important? With it being such an easily bypassed thing it immediately makes them stop feeling integral to anything at all.

I mean don't get me wrong, it's all fine and dandy gallivanting about, but without any hint at an overarching goal or some big bad or some crisis being alluded to it feels directionless. All it would take is Abrax saying something like "There's a war coming Zaton" or "This world is ending Zaton" and it would immediately feel like "Ok, shit, got to figure out which decisions are best now, maybe I'd want the Hive on side now, or Shani to be more independent rather than gaining points in helpful".

Just my two cents.

I think Abrax reveals very close to the end of 15c what the main thrust is going to be. Machineries are responsible for the noxious state of Cairo and destructive storms everywhere hindering human recovery. The task is going to be find those machines and shut them down, probably with destroying mechanized defenses, the works. Are our heroes up to the great task before them? Tune in next time when you will hear the mc say, "Gosh".

The game is half sci-fi. The other half is vn porn so we have the mc typically fucking everybody including, soon, his sister-in-law (ex) and the queen. I'm wondering if current wife will be so ok with the sister-in-law thing. Even so, the whole porn side is so uniquely imagined that it knocks everybody else out of the water. "What, he isn't a college freshman?" "He is actually an old dude getting his replacement ready to take over?" Holy penetration, batman.

Next release for that. The dev says the game was inspired by fallout. Actually, I think this game is everything fallout should have been.

The raiders are optional too, you ignore them if you don't save Asha's sister. The hive too if you keep Mantis with you (if you're on the mutants path)

The overarching story is probably conflict between the queen of Zeta and Abrax.

Abrax is certainly a very cryptic individual. There is more than likely a lot of cards that he is holding to himself without revealing the entire deck to Zaton just yet i.e....

That scene where Zaton meets him and some members of his flock in his HQ base, and then the rooftop scene overlooking some of the ruined structures in the surrounding urban landscape, and his ominous, almost cryptic inferences, seem to hint at a larger/overarching conflict brewing shortly and then, Zaton and his family/allies would serve as the immediate disruptor and/or element of surprise within this overarching conflict.

On that note, wonder if there are options to pursue a neutral route so to speak in future updates where you are not outrightly forced to choose between sides? Sort of akin to the Fallout games like Fallout NV where one can choose whether to side with factions like NCR/House/Legion or simply just screw over all factions and rule over NV yourself or just be a neutral 3rd party

In the book on the left where we can see the missions, I'm a little lost.
Whenever there are main missions or secondary missions, an icon with this symbol (!) appears, correct guys.
I'm on day 15, I played some parts of it and saved it... then the next day I went to play and opened the book, a lot of things are telling me to continue.
I only have 3 things to do but that symbol no longer looks like this (!).
One is to visit the eldest daughter, another is to visit Yuna and the other is to find allies for the Mutants.

Look at the photos and notice that there are no more (!) symbols saying that there is a mission there.... I've already opened all the windows and the map too and I can't go anywhere.... Has anyone experienced this? I think DV forgot to activate the symbol (!) in these missions, because if it had already been completed, it would have written below (to continue).

Short update: Hey everyone, I am back from my break, although it was more stressful than I would prefer because of the Patreon review that we had to take care of, but everything worked out in the end.
One of the things that we were required to change is remove is the link between Patreon and Discord, so ranks on the server will not be updated for the time being. I will prepare a more detailed message about this and other small changes soon, nothing big though, don't worry.
Finally this whole thing is behind us and I can go back to working on update beginning next week! Producing the upcoming content without worrying about a second occupation is only because of you, thank you for your continuous support!!
And thank you for all the messages and comments ;)

Sure but why even include that detail tho. "Omar" is a pornified online gender discourse stereotype but also has toddlers with his wife who's gonna fuck the other pornified online gender discourse stereotype. An unnecessary layer of complexity/depth, wouldn't you agree (assuming you're not going to supplement an already padded out story with its implications).
my reply was purely in the context of there not being any children around. I pointed out that we explicitly have mentioned existing children in the game. There are plenty of children in Zeta.. they're just not going to appear on screen.
That said, as for Nadia's siblings, there was, in early stages, a notion of Nadia having a sister and/or a brother, that would play a part in her plotline. Eventually that idea was shelved on account of the game and the family ties already having a bunch of moving parts. Now I don't remember off the top of my head if we shelved it after we had mentioned the siblings and therefore reduced them to unseen babies after the fact, or if we made the concerted decision to have the babies/toddlers in the game even before they were first mentioned.
However, plot-wise, the fact that they exist and are a tie between Omar and Rabiah will most likely not be handwaved. IF and HOW and WHEN it may or may not come into play however, and in what way, is entirely undefined at this stage (as in, we have other fish to fry at the moment.. we have ideas, but we'll really tackle the subject if and when it becomes relevant in the broader setting)

I know married guys who "accidentally" fucked ladyboys om holidays in Thailand and got hooked on them. It would always become a weird obsession. Don't personally see the appeal but I don't judge.
I wonder if this game will ever have gay and trans people. Every good show had all diversities including incest like game of thrones. If that would be the case, then it will at least give Zaton some thought and concern before he sticks his dick into every living female. He lives so safe and comfortable
