I think I know which scene you mean. If you didn't give Mantis over to the Hive Queen (took her back to the bunker with you), then you get a threesome scene with Fang and Mantis when you choose to sleep there. You lose The Hive as an ally though and you won't save Keen, but you keep Mantis' individuality, and have her as an ally instead.
And you don't have to trade the statue. Just kill the guys. Save Ivy and keep the statue for the Queen. Don't worry, as far as I know (and from what I experienced), it doesn't have any affect on the rest of the Decayed. You'll just have a different way of obtaining Fairy (get her from a cage from the Dwarf girl instead).

Man, i just dont know about the hive choice... For immediate results taking the hive and losing the girl would be the best option. An army for corpses and prisoners AND you can fuck the queen every once in a while. You still can eradicate them later on too if you would need to. -> Technically speaking... dont know if it would fit in the game.
On the other hand, Mantis is cute af (another harem member) AND it feels like she could be a new hive mother since shes the only one in the hive so far, which isnt a mutated blob and it seems that shes the right hand of mother. I think she would have been the replacement for mother and thats another reason why shes so pissed about leaving her.

I got around to this one again and just did the scene after the hive. I am wondering if Fangs is always going to be part of the mutant scenes? She's fine and all but I was really hoping for a solo scene with Mantis. If she is going to strong arm herself into every action with them I'll likely just avoid the mutant scenes altogether. Also I think I'm seeing a pattern. The two threesome scenes that I've come across so far have not been animated, basically just a montage of stills and text. I personally think it makes them much less enjoyable.
I also think the side quests could really do with some attention. It seems they have been stagnant for what feels like forever. Aside from the Shani content, that I haven't tried yet, the game is in the same state as it was the last time I played it. Also, if the player doesn't choose to view scenes from her POV is the update even smaller, or is it a none optional part now?

i agree thats probably the one thing in this i havnt liked so far i like mantis so i wanted to go the route to get her but i really am not a fan of fang and would rather avoid her altogether
