I agree unless we going season 8 game of thrones here he wouldn't do something like that unless he wants to be canceled haha. if he's going for cheap shock value the raider sisters are prime decisions to be killed especially if they are killed by an ally aka Mutants or soon to be cannables while your not there to save them.(Also notice a distinct lack of incest tag on that game which i will not play because of her dieing but judging by the missing incest tag im assuming daughting is not a Love interest.) Making her more expendable to say Shani.

2. You are misremembering. MC does not say that he is still banging her sister. He has not seen her sister in many years, even since he chose his wife over her.

2. is wrong we don't know how long the Wife's sister has been gone it is never mentioned when she moved with her husband. For all we know HER daughter could in fact be MC's child. He does in fact imply that he sleeps with married woman when he so desires in same conversation.
All we know is she's gone when she left we do not know. The sister in-laws husband is not her child's dad your daughters have met your sister in-law as well as her daughter. Those are the facts we know about all in the family. As well as the fact that MC knew his Neice when she was young as he says my how you've grown. Meaning she has in fact not been gone sense her sister stole her betrothed.
(If im missing any facts correct me at your lesuer but those are the facts as i remember them.)

Yup but she's only selling fairy if you kill the two ghouls, that captured Ivy, in the beginning. If they live they give Fairy to you and you get a scene there too. She should still be there handling the fuel deal regardless though, assuming we're talking about the same woman.

BTW for better flavor despite walkthrough I recommend beating the shit out of Asha even though the walkthrough tells you to dis arm her as she absolutely loves being manhandled. in opening scene. (Note: dont forget to toss her away like the trash she is.

I'm a little weirded out by the way you did it, but you bring up something I noticed, too. Some of the recommendations from the walkthrough are actually just flavour choices.
Another example is, when Ain gets punished in the basement. The walkthrough recommends to spank her the maximum amount of times, but the only thing that does is turn her cheeks red. You won't really miss anything, if you decide to not spank her at all.
Also, the scene where Igor and Kateryna are over for a visit has multiple variations, but the walkthrough makes it seems like there's an ideal path. If you go for the recommended choice, you miss out on Zaton getting blown by Emilia and talking about impregnating her.

I know its there for a reason im alluding to the fact that if you download the ingame walkthrough you assume it gives you all the right choices though in this game it does not. Just saying.

Yes i admit that the choice is a little EXTREME but im not the one that created Aysha nore the one that made her actually enjoy getting the shit kicked out of her. I'm not typically into such things myself tbh but if she wants it she wants it -shrug-

Because niece says "You remember me uncle?" "Of, course how could i forget my favorite niece." "I almost didn't recognize you without your ponytails." Meaning that when she was younger her and mc had an active relationship and he has seen her so they havnt been in touch through say parcel. I assume not in the same sense active but a good terms relationship.
(And by younger im talking ages 6+ otherwise she probably wouldn't remember her uncle)

He does in fact say I haven't been with her for many years (which in my mind could be anywhere from 4-7 yrs otherwise you'd say over a decade right?) so he doesn't recall if she's a better rider then his wife. But it says many years doesn't allude to before puberty or allude to the ages of the sisters as MC was over 21 years of age before he even woe'd either of them. It does however Allude to him knowing his niece. There is nothing however alluding to him being stolen driving her sister away though i admit she is bitter about the situation according to niece. And if they are as you say not on speaking terms i don't see (MC) going to a city to visit his niece and sister-in-law who doesn't want to speak to him. Which leaves in my mind one option. She was living in same city where he could see his niece until her merchant husband moved them to the city.
So we know that MC is at least 40 yrs old. But we don't know the ages of either the wife nor her sister. As we dont know what age they were when they were woe'd.
The wife during the conversation also doesn't say "You wouldn't fuck my sister right?" She says, "You know she's married now." Alluding to the fact even after the fact of marring his wife he may have still had a physical relationship with her sister. Though that is a very soft allude as your wife is very open to you enjoying the company of other woman in general.
(We also know that it was the sister-in-laws idea to move back dispite the husband wanting to stay because his job would be easier in whatever said city was. Additionally meaning it might not have been her choice to leave in the first place if she wants to go back.)
EDIT: Him being 40 and over relies heavily on the 2 daughters being biologically his and not his step daughters of course. Though as in my previous post Shani having MC's eyes without being his biological daughter is about as rare as winning the lottery in a population of thousands and her being Arabian decent.

a guestimation of age of wife would be 32+ judging from her daughters ages and as you say puberty
