I believe there is also urination at the very start of the game (i.e., a mini-confrontation event) where you can decide to piss on Asha's face after subduing her and her companions when they tried to ambush the MC (Zaton).

Kateryna's content is almost exclusively her trying to ride Zaton until she pops out octuplets, and you can also impregnate Fairy, but I'm assuming you mean content with women who are already pregnant. In that case, yeah I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get a flashback to the first time we met the older guard since she was pregnant at the time.

There seemed to be talk about getting Emilia pregnant, but no variable currently.

Also got the slave girl in the other corner when you take Nadia for the first time, along with it being mentioned as a possibility for Ain. That and it seems we're also working our way up to Shani as well.

The only one that comes to mind is with one of the raider sisters, you can give her a drink during at least one scene? I can't recall if it's an option more than once though. That's probably where the tag is coming from.

You're probably thinking about the piss drinking scene with Asha in one of the first scenes in the game when Zaton get's ambushed by Asha's bandit raiding party.
